Camilla Rundberg

evenodds founder, Camilla Rundberg, is a gender diversity and inclusion consultant, academic researcher, lecturer and writer. She holds a doctorate at KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, in Industrial management and organization with an upcoming dissertation entitled ‘Critical conversations’. Her research is focused on how our common day-to-day language, casually, informally and often quite unintentionally keeps constructing men and women at work according to traditional templates and models.

Amanda Zetterlund

Former data analyst, researcher and co-facilitator at evenodds. Amanda holds an interdisciplinary master’s degree in political science and gender studies. Her experience includes big data analysis, qualitative analysis such as discourse analysis and theoretical as well as practical knowledge in LGBTQI+ exclusion. Her research interests are queer theory and social norms in the workplace. 
As a former and esteemed coworker at evenodds, Amanda returns every now and then as columnist in our channels.
