evenodds has project managed SkiEquality for the Swedish Ski Association since its inception in 2017. Check out tools, reports and videos that from now will support local ski clubs throughout Sweden to ignite, boost and sustain gender equality work on their daily arenas of practice and competition. Much of the responsibility for the gender equality change work is put on the shoulders of the all adults active and present in the clubs.

This tool kit will support adults in the clubs to reflect upon how they behave and communicate with kids and one another – out of what assumptions and stereotypes? With a new and hopefully more clear idea of how simple changes in their language and attitude adults can better include boys, girls, men and women on equal conditions for better engagement, more joy and warmer communities.
